The assignment A Tiny Critique and Redesign stuck with me from this week’s activities.
Among other tasks, a user in an accounting department or credit department might want to set up ongoing monitoring of companies that they deal with repeatedly so that they will know if there is a change in the financial stability of one of these companies. Users would first find the company in the system, then click a button labeled “Monitor this company” on the company info screen. They would then see the following dialog box:
First, I am not familiar with this. Account Department, Credit Department, and Monitoring. I had to read this assignment several times. Also, what should I do? I spent for a log time of researching it and I understand about it. I need to read more reading and research in many ways.
